If your rented product is stolen, you must file a detailed report with the police. Please send us a copy of the report to abo@strollme.de.
If you have taken out our theft protection for €4 per month, we will send you a new product, free of charge of course.
Without theft insurance, a one-off payment must be made for the product.

ATTENTION: The theft protection is only valid in Germany. (Germany or Austria)
If you have not taken out theft protection, you will have to pay a co-payment and will then be sent a new product. Your liability insurance may also step in at this point.
