First things first: we want you to use your product as if it were your own. Go into the woods with it, fall down, get up again. All signs of wear and tear are included in the rental price if you treat it with care (occasional cleaning and appropriate use).
In case something breaks:
Please take a photo of the damage and send it to abo@strollme.de.
We will then get in touch with you as soon as possible to see how we can repair the damage. For smaller items, we may send you a replacement part. For larger damages you will receive a replacement product.
