The product you ordered doesn't suit for you?
No problem - you are welcome to make use of your 14-day right of cancellation and return the unused product.
If your subscription has already started, please enter the cancellation in our customer login.
You can select ‘Cancellation’ as the reason under ‘Cancel subscription’.

Please note:
If the product has already been used, the loss in value will be offset. The costs are estimated at a maximum of EUR 20.00 - depending on the product type/wear and tear - and will therefore be offset against your refund.
Please note that a separate label (= additional label) must be printed for each parcel.
The goods must be returned to us or handed over at a post office immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.
Please use a warehouse provided by us and send your parcels back to our warehouse.
As soon as we have received and checked the product, the order will be cancelled.
