You have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. We have designed the process to be as simple as possible for you.
1. Registering your withdrawal
Please first inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract (e.g., by sending an email to our support team).
2. Receiving your return labels
As soon as we have registered your withdrawal in our system, we will send you a confirmation email. In this message, you will find the relevant links to generate your DHL return label yourself.
Important for multiple packages: If your return consists of more than one package, please click the link in the confirmation email again for each package to generate an individual label for each one.
3. Deadlines and shipping
The goods must be sent back or handed over at a post office immediately and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract.
4. Return costs
We charge a flat fee of €5.90 per order for the return shipment (regardless of the number of products). This amount will be automatically deducted from your refund.
5. Condition of the goods & loss of value
You are, of course, allowed to inspect and test the goods to determine their nature and functionality—just as you would be able to do in a physical store.
Unused products: You will receive a full refund of the purchase price (minus the return costs).
Used products: If the goods have been used beyond normal inspection or show signs of wear, we must charge for the loss of value. This is estimated at a maximum of €20.00 (depending on the product type and wear) and will be offset against your refund.
6. Refund
Once your return has been received and successfully inspected, we will initiate the refund of your payment.
