This takes effect if your product is stolen or wilfully destroyed by third parties (in the domestic territory).
You can add this protection to your order for €4 per month.
The cover does not apply when travelling abroad.
In this case, the loss of the stroller may be covered by your ‘luggage insurance’.
If the worst comes to the worst, we request that you make a meaningful domestic criminal complaint.
It is important that StrollMe is listed as the injured party.
Please send the report confirmation to abo@strollme.de immediately.
We will then contact you as soon as possible and arrange for a replacement.
