Returning your product is, of course, free of charge. To ensure everything goes smoothly, simply follow these steps:
1. Prepare & Pack
Cleaning: Please clean the product thoroughly before packing it.
Completeness: Make sure all accessories (cables, manuals, etc.) are included in the package.
Packaging: It is best to use the original box. If you no longer have it, please use another sturdy box to ensure the device arrives safely.
Important: Please understand that we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of up to €50 for returns that are heavily soiled.
2. Get your return label
You have the choice: You can conveniently show the label as a QR code on your smartphone (no printer needed) or print it out the traditional way.
Where can I find the label? You can find the QR code and the printable PDF in your customer account directly on the corresponding product page.
When will the label be ready? This depends on your contract status:
Immediately: If you have already fulfilled your minimum rental period or are withdrawing from the contract (within the first 14 days), the label will be available immediately after clicking "Cancel".
14 days before the end: If your minimum term is still running, we will automatically enable the label for you 14 days before your contract ends.
Do you have multiple packages? Please note that each package requires its own label. You can easily generate additional labels there using the yellow plus sign (+).
3. Drop off at DHL
Simply show the QR code at a DHL branch or parcel shop. They will print the label for you and accept the package.
Pickup (Optional): If you prefer not to leave the house, you can book a pickup with DHL here. Please note: You are responsible for the costs of this specific pickup service.
4. Ending your subscription
As soon as we have received and checked your product, we will automatically end your subscription. You will then receive a confirmation via email.
