If you are preparing a return and need to know where to find your return label, you can access your return labelanytime in your customer login.
As soon as you cancel your subscription online, your return label is automatically provided – but not earlier than 14 days before the end of the minimum contract term.
If you cancel during the minimum term, the return label for your return is not available yet. It will be automatically added to your customer account 14 days before the minimum term ends. From that moment on, you can view and download your return label in your customer login.
How to find your return label in your customer login:
Your QR return label is located on the respective product page in the customer login.
If you need additional return labels for more packages, you can generate them via the yellow plus icon (next to the first QR code).
You can also download the return label, save it, or share it with others if needed.
Important for your return:
Each package requires its own return label. Without a separate return label, your package cannot be processed correctly.
