As soon as you cancel your product (in the customer portal or by email), you will receive a customer confirmation with a link to our returns portal.
There you log in with your email address and the four/five-digit order number and can enter your return.
If you need two or more return labels:
Under the item Shipments - at the very end - there is a white button with ‘additional shipments’ under the product that is to be returned. Please select this and you can create additional return labels.
